Soukop has taken a commonly three-dimensional object and placed it within a two dimensional space. It acts in its textural self as a sculpture yet has pictorial associations. This is a highly tactile piece that adheres to Soukop's blending and harmony of different materials and ideas relating to the preconceived notion of sculpture.
