This watercolour is framed in its original frame. The inside of the frame bears Julian Trevelyan's signature and the frame dimensions. Julian Trevelyan was the artist's husband (1910-1988) they married in 1951. In 1965 Mary Fedden began teaching at the Yehudi Menuhin School at Cobham in Surrey where she remained until 1970.
