Svenolov Ehrén (1927-2004)

Born in Stockholm on 25th October 1927, Ehrén was a prolific Swedish graphic artist, painter, stage designer and illustrator.

Ehrén attended Otte Sköld's målarskola (School of painting) for a year in 1946 and then continued his art studies at the Konsthögskolan (Royal Institute of Art) in Stockholm. He has participated in several major exhibitions including the young artists at the National Museum in Stockholm.

He was married to Åse Kleveland, Norwegian singer and politician, between 1972 and 1982. Ehréndied died in Stockholm on 26th January 2004.
