Tore Nyberg 1911-1993

Tore Lennard Nyberg was born in Stockholm on 28th September 1911. He was Swedish artist and designer.

Nyberg attended the Konstfack (University College of Arts, Crafts and Design), Stockholm (1926-30), the Konsthögskolan (Royal Institute of Art), Stockholm (1930-31) and Henrik Blombergs Målarskola (Henrik Blomberg's Painting School), Stockholm

Nyberg exhibited throughout his career. Exhibitions include 'De Ungas' Salon, Stockholm (1944), Lilla Galleriet, Stockholm (1948) and Borås konsthall (1947) - With the Art Society of Sweden (from 1938), the annual 'Unga Tecknare' exhibition at National Museum, Stockholm (between 1938 and 1942), and the Stockholmssalongerna (Stockholm Salons) at Liljevalchs Konsthall (between 1958 and 1960)

Tore Nyberg died in Stockholm in 1993, aged 81.
